Sigsum is Statsig's annual conference bringing together product leaders, engineers, and data practitioners to discuss experimentation, growth, and data-driven decision-making. The 2025 summit featured a full day of fireside chats, panels, and interviews with over 500 attendees.

The conference design was an extension of the Statsig brand evolution, translating abstract product concepts into a physical experience. As lead designer, I directed the visual system with XFN stakeholders from concept to execution—managing a small design team and coordinating with external vendors and venue partners.

Anchored in the theme "Blueprints to Smarter Growth," the visual system explores the moment when planning turns into execution.

Three core conference topics shaped the system: Experimentation, Growth, and AI. Each was represented by a simple geometric form—square, circle, and triangle—and paired with our core colors: red, green, and blue. The system paired flat, 2D "blueprint" forms with dimensional 3D counterparts—a metaphor for moving from concept to reality. This created a library of static and motion assets that could mix and match across surfaces.
